The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and condition of the campus grounds. This includes the upkeep of lawns, walkways, parking areas, shrubbery, trees, and related landscaping features. The individual must demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and needs of the service population.
Qualifications:
A Christian with strong convictions who is also in agreement with White’s mission statement, Statement of Faith, and Code of Conduct. This person must be 21 years of age and must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous groundskeeper experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Mow and trim grass according to schedule
- Prune shrubbery, trees, and limbs as needed
- Plant shrubbery and flowers following instructions
- Remove debris from sidewalks regularly
- Collect and dispose of trash and rubbish from campus locations as scheduled
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Grounds Manager
- Skilled in using various equipment including zero radius mowers, push mowers, edgers, weed whips, and chainsaws.
- Must be a team player who enjoys working closely with other staff members and demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work effectively with limited supervision.
