Job Description
$16 - $19/hr starting, based on experience & learning curve

We need someone dependable who can answer questions for the customer because they understand what we do, as well as why and how we do it. You’ll be the first face people see while the rest of the team is out in the field or working on quotes/operations. The role mixes customer service, admin work, and hands-on learning. You'll learn enough about our products and installs to speak confidently and support customers and our field team.

You'll keep communication with customers, making sure that they are promptly updated when changes are made. You'll ensure their orders are accurate, and help educated/direct customers who walk through the door. You’ll learn our systems, handle payments, and keep the showroom ready, clean, and keep pricing up to date. It’s detailed work... no two days are the same.

What You'll DO: 
- Answer phones, return messages, greet customers
- Process payments, receipts, and orders in Square
- Learn product and communicate with customers and service technicians
- Upload bills, receipts, and timecards to our accounting system
- Restock and organize showroom displays/signage
- Close and open the store
- Handle scheduling support and customer updates as needed
- Mail thank you cards, file paperwork, and run errands

For the right person, this can grow into a full-time or coordinator role. We are willing and have the desire to invest in people who show initiative, curiosity, and ownership. 

Hours: Part time, roughly 20-30 hours/week, during business hours. Occasional Saturdays in thru winter months.
