This is a great starter role for someone dependable and hands-on who wants to get experience in a skilled trade without the pressure of needing it all figured out.
You’ll assist our lead installer on job sites — helping set fireplaces, run pipe, work with tools, and sometimes get up on roofs. You’ll also pitch in around the shop with loading/unloading, cleanup, deliveries, and general job prep.
This is a great position for someone who’s dependable, strong, and wants to pick up a trade. No prior experience is required — we’ll train you — but you need to show up on time, ask questions, and be ready to work hard.
Seasonal or long-term. Can grow into a full career if you want it.
