This role is the heartbeat of our shop. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everything running behind the scenes — answering phones, helping customers, managing the schedule, placing orders, and keeping track of inventory. You’ll also support our sales team, coordinate install and service jobs, and help oversee daily operations for the service crew.
It’s a lot to learn — but if you’re sharp, organized, and willing to dive in, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the industry. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys being the glue that holds a business together.
