Manchester University is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building operations across our North Manchester campus and the Koinonia Environmental & Retreat Center. What You'll Do:
• Supervise daily maintenance operations across all facilities
• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Lead a team of skilled trades staff and coordinate with contractors
• Plan and track deferred maintenance and energy efficiency projects
• Support campus master planning, construction oversight, and inspections
• Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and IDEM standards
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in building systems or trades
• 5+ years in facilities maintenance, including leadership experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage projects under time and budget constraints
• Familiarity with HVAC and electrical systems a plus
