Provide high-level support to the President/CEO with the utmost professionalism and discretion. Champion the consistent delivery and enhancement of Crossroads Bank’s service standards across clients, employees, and partners. Support the President/CEO with discretion while upholding and exceeding Crossroads Bank’s service standards. Build executive relationships and enhance organizational efficiency.
Major Duties:
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties (processing ACH Returns Daily)
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Learn and understand digital banking operations and auxiliary services to promote efficient customer support and ensure smooth transactions
- Compose Board Minutes and maintain the Board Portal
- Maintain a sufficient understanding of and adhere to regulatory compliance requirements as applicable, including BSA/OFAC
- Other duties as assigned
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing complex schedules and maintaining high-level business relationships
- Ability to report to multiple people
- Proactivity and self-direction
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Be able to lift &/or carry up to 30 lbs.
- Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
